This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to VaultSeller Pro purchased through Paddle, our authorised payment processor. Free features are not subject to this policy.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment (monthly or annual). If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund.
To request a refund within the guarantee period, email us at support@vaultseller.co.uk with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address used to purchase. We aim to process all refunds within 5 business days.
The 14-day guarantee applies to your first payment only. Subsequent renewal payments (monthly or annual) are non-refundable unless required by law.
To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date. You can cancel at any time from:
When you cancel your Pro subscription, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a partial refund for unused days unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window.
We may decline refund requests where we have reasonable evidence of policy abuse (e.g. repeated refund requests across multiple accounts).
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
